Hans Einar has solid expertise from the maritime industry, with a certificate in ship electronics, further education in the Navy and engineering education in telecommunications and electronics. Many years of experience from the Navy in service, maintenance and mechanics. He has been developing products for 25 years for ambitious customers, and has solved problems that many others thought were impossible. Leading expertise in technology, industrial production, electronics, magnetism, LED and material selection.

Jon Magnus Sørli
SENIOR ENGINEER, ELECTRONICS AND SENSOR
Jon Magnus Sørli has extensive experience from instrumentation in the seismic industry. Many years of experience with the development and field testing of large sensor systems in very demanding environments on land and in water, has given him solid knowledge and experience in designing robust solutions. His formal background is from an engineering college in electronics with continuing education in physics, with special expertise in sensor-related electronics, signal chains, power distribution, telemetry and sensor technology. In addition, he has extensive experience in adapting the products to production for quality, cost and longevity.

Kristian Berg Keilen
CIVIL ENGINEER, PRODUCTION MANAGER
Kristian Berg Keilen is from northern Troms and is particularly interested in growth and value creation in northern Norway. He has a basic education in Materials Technology from NTNU with specialization in mechanical analysis and dimensioning, as well as studies at RWTHAACEN University in Germany in tribology and ceramics. In addition, he has extensive experience in CAD/CAE systems and good knowledge of surface technology. He is responsible for material and document handling, where he has written in-house developed applications to manage this.

Anna Amalie Kveum
PCBA (ELECTRONICS CARD) AND 3D PRINT EXECUTIVE
Anna Amalie Kveum is from Sandnessjøen. She solders and tests electronics cards in collaboration with responsible engineers, as well as prepares 3D printers and adjusts the process to get the best possible printing result. In addition, she rebuilds the 3D printers with updates and adjustments to make them perform as well as possible with new materials.

Ola Kyrkjebø
CIVIL ENGINEER, DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Ola Kyrkjebø is from Oslo and is an outdoor enthusiast. He has previously worked at Hy5 as a development engineer with the design of a hydraulic hand prosthesis. With a master's degree in product development from NTNU, he has expertise in early phase design, 3D printing; FDM and SLA/SLS, dimensioning, CAD, prototype construction and production basis.

Isak Edvardsen

Isak Edvardsen is a young man from Sandnessjøen. He has a strong interest in development of new technology and industrial applications. He is completing his master's degree in applied mathematics and physics at UIT within the year, where he has worked extensively with image analysis and convolutional neural networks. He has a solid knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine vision and statistics.
